About Our Club
Chartered in 1986, the Rotary Club of Duluth is a mid-sized club. Living and/or working in the culturally rich community of Duluth, Georgia, members include business, professional, nonprofit, and civic leaders of various ages and at different stages of their careers. With a sincere passion for “Service Above Self,” they see value in uniting as “People of Action” and pooling their resources to accomplish more than they ever could individually.
Duluth Rotarians have a reputation for taking their endeavors to the next level. Mainstay fundraisers include the Rotary Club of Duluth’s Annual Car Show (benefitting Operation One Voice), The Stars of Gwinnett Talent Show (combatting human trafficking), and an In the Rough Golf Tournament (contributing to multiple causes, both local and international, such as feeding the hungry, promoting literacy, and fostering peace initiatives).
Known for warmly welcoming visitors and speakers, Duluth Rotarians not only tackle serious issues but love sharing goodhearted humor and applauding one another’s celebratory “happy dollar” announcements. The club further hosts multiple social gatherings throughout the year that “Build Goodwill and Better Friendships” among Rotarians and their guests.
Members meet at the 1818 Club on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 to 8:30. Allowing time for breakfast, fellowship, and club business, speakers generally take the floor during the final 20 minutes of the program. A similar schedule applies to offsite meetings at venues of interest nearby in Gwinnett.
If you’d like to attend a meeting, inquire about membership, be considered as a speaker, or obtain any other information, please feel free to contact one of the board members listed or visit our contact us page to email us. Click here to email
